Estripe ships orders from our warehouse location. On occasion orders will be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor in order to reduce the shipping time. The shipping times below refer to items labeled with an availability of In Stock.

US & Canada Delivery Options

The shipping methods listed above are for residential and commercial destinations within the continuous United States. Estripe primarily uses UPS to ship orders. To provide the most affordable rates, small items shipped via UPS 3 Day Freight® or USPS Flat Rate Shipping by will be delivered through a joint effort by UPS and USPS.

The shipping fee for each order is based on the package weight, destination, and shipping method. For the most accurate shipping information, use the “Get Shipping Quote” link on the product pages or in your shopping cart.

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier’s website.

UK & Ireland Delivery Options

We are glad to offer shipping to our British and Irish customers via UPS. Shipments over 150 pounds will be delivered via UPS® Air Freight Premium Direct.

To view the shipping amount for a product, simply add it to your shopping cart and then enter your postal code in the Calculate Shipping area on the shopping cart page.

International Delivery Options

At Estripe we are glad to ship to most countries! The shipping fee for your order is based on its weight and destination, as well as the shipping method selected. Amazon HUB & Estripe Warehouse Pickup

The Estripe customer experience today is primarily a “buy online, pick up in store” model that offers fast, safe and convenient pickup for millions of items. Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select a warehouse location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you.

The Amazon Hub delivery option allows you to choose an Amazon Hub location as a shipping destination for your Estripe.com orders.

Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select a Pickup Point location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you during their business hours. During checkout you’ll see the option to search for an Amazon Hub location if all the items of your order are eligible.

Once your parcel is delivered to the pickup location you’ll receive an e-mail notification with your pickup instructions. Depending on the pickup location, you may need a pickup code, identification and/or a signature to retrieve your parcel. If your parcel requires a pickup code, this will also be available under the tracking information for your order.

Online

We accept a variety of payment methods, including most major credit cards and popular forms of payment. Accepted payment methods may vary based on country and type of order.

• • Estripe accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB. Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account.

• • You may have heard that we are now accepting Dogecoin, but did you know that we also accept Litecoin, Binance coin, Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies? In fact, we’ve been accepting digital currencies since 2018, when we were the first major retailer to accept Bitcoin as a payment option.

• • Bitcoin is an experimental, decentralized (not controlled by any organization or government) digital currency and peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users. Bitcoin is like cash for the Internet.

How to Return an Item

• • Print the return authorization and shipping-label
    Request return authorization online or give us a call. You’ll then be able to print the return shipping label and authorization.

• • Prepare your package
    Carefully package the items in a shipping box with the return authorization and attach the return-shipping label.

• • Ship your package
    Take the package to any UPS, USPS or DHL drop-off location and you’re done.

60-Day Returns

You may return or exchange a complete, new product for any reason within 60 days. Defective products are covered by exchange only. Additional exclusions apply.

Product Warranties

Products sold on Estripe are generally covered by both Estripe’s return policy and the product manufacturer’s warranty. Details are listed under the Warranty tab on each item’s product page:

• • The item’s Estripe return policy is listed under Return Policies.

• • The manufacturer warranty is listed under Warranty.

Backorders cancellation/return policy

Orders containing both backorder and in-stock items may have the backordered items canceled at the customer’s request. Backorder cancellations and/or modifications must be requested no later than seven business days prior to their release date. Cancelling backordered items may result in a 5% cancellation fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, are issued through the original payment method.

In some circumstances, you can be charged a restocking fee when an item is returned. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Estripe’s return policy or in used, damaged, defective, or materially different condition. Items returned in original condition and within our policy guidelines cannot be charged a restocking fee. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window. However, if we do, you can also be charged a restocking fee.

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs). Only returned items are eligible for a restocking fee. The refund workflow will help you calculate the restocking fee for eligible items, and deduct it from the refund you issue to your customer based on the guidelines outlined in the table below.
