    Everything arrived as expected. No issues out of the box, I inspected all connectors and reseated the graphics card before first power on. Minimal bloatware installed on OS, however I still did a fresh install from a USB stick. This combo is great for 1440p gaming. I was struggling to run newer titles on medium and low settings before, everything that I have thrown at it, I have been able to run on High or Max settings.

    All the components were actually pretty well known brands, nothing was an ABS brand component like some other prebuilt companies. Performed well despite the components other than the GPU being a step or two down from what is currently out. PC actually came with the EVGA FT3 3070 TI which I wasn’t sure if they would just slap any 3070 TI in there.

    You could build a pc yourself with slightly better components but if you are looking for something that is going to run your games and come with an awesome GPU this is a decent price point for what’s inside.

    Having recently received and setup this product, I am absolutely over the moon. No issues whatsoever, everything arrived as expected and very well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.     Plays most games on high with decent frames, the rgb 3070 ti looks great with the rbg evga cooler, case feels durable, good airflow, no overheating, plug in and play most games with minimal settings tweaks

    Good build for anybody that wants a stong start to pc gaming, rgb is very sexy, plays most games on high settings pretty well (although i did have framerate issues on warzone and tarkov), i would rate 4/5

    Decided on this build after purchasing (and returning) a pre-built from cyber power PC. This build is petty cool and well put together. Everything came in tact and exactly as Id hoped. Ive ran it a few hours a day every day since Ive got it, and so far its excellent. Impressed with ABS!

Amazon HUB & Estripe Warehouse Pickup

The Estripe customer experience today is primarily a “buy online, pick up in store” model that offers fast, safe and convenient pickup for millions of items. Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select a warehouse location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you.

The Amazon Hub delivery option allows you to choose an Amazon Hub location as a shipping destination for your Estripe.com orders.

Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select a Pickup Point location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you during their business hours. During checkout you’ll see the option to search for an Amazon Hub location if all the items of your order are eligible.

Once your parcel is delivered to the pickup location you’ll receive an e-mail notification with your pickup instructions. Depending on the pickup location, you may need a pickup code, identification and/or a signature to retrieve your parcel. If your parcel requires a pickup code, this will also be available under the tracking information for your order.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including most major credit cards and popular forms of payment. Accepted payment methods may vary based on country and type of order.

    • Estripe accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB. Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account.

How to Return an Item

    • Print the return authorization and shipping-label
      Request return authorization online or give us a call. You’ll then be able to print the return shipping label and authorization.

    • Prepare your package
      Carefully package the items in a shipping box with the return authorization and attach the return-shipping label.

    • Ship your package
      Take the package to any UPS, USPS or DHL drop-off location and you’re done.

60-Day Returns

You may return or exchange a complete, new product for any reason within 60 days. Defective products are covered by exchange only. Additional exclusions apply.

 

Product Warranties

Products sold on Estripe are generally covered by both Estripe’s return policy and the product manufacturer’s warranty. Details are listed under the Warranty tab on each item’s product page:

    • The item’s Estripe return policy is listed under Return Policies.

    • The manufacturer warranty is listed under Warranty.

 

Backorders cancellation/return policy

Orders containing both backorder and in-stock items may have the backordered items canceled at the customer’s request. Backorder cancellations and/or modifications must be requested no later than seven business days prior to their release date. Cancelling backordered items may result in a 5% cancellation fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, are issued through the original payment method.

In some circumstances, you can be charged a restocking fee when an item is returned. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Estripe’s return policy or in used, damaged, defective, or materially different condition. Items returned in original condition and within our policy guidelines cannot be charged a restocking fee. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window. However, if we do, you can also be charged a restocking fee.

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs). Only returned items are eligible for a restocking fee. The refund workflow will help you calculate the restocking fee for eligible items, and deduct it from the refund you issue to your customer based on the guidelines outlined in the table below.
