The most common problem with shopping online is receiving the delivery. We want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and we are pleased to offer a range of delivery services to suit their personal needs.

Estripe ships orders from our warehouse location. On occasion orders will be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor in order to reduce the shipping time. The shipping times below refer to items labeled with an availability of In Stock.

To provide the most affordable rates, small items shipped via UPS 3 Day Freight® or USPS Flat Rate Shipping by will be delivered through a joint effort by UPS and USPS.

We are glad to offer shipping to our British and Irish customers via UPS. Shipments over 150 pounds will be delivered via UPS® Air Freight Premium Direct.

Amazon HUB & Estripe Warehouse Pickup

The Estripe customer experience today is primarily a “buy online, pick up in store” model that offers fast, safe and convenient pickup for millions of items. Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select a warehouse location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you.

The Amazon Hub delivery option allows you to choose an Amazon Hub location as a shipping destination for your Estripe.com orders.

Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select a Pickup Point location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you during their business hours. During checkout you’ll see the option to search for an Amazon Hub location if all the items of your order are eligible.

Once your parcel is delivered to the pickup location you’ll receive an e-mail notification with your pickup instructions. Depending on the pickup location, you may need a pickup code, identification and/or a signature to retrieve your parcel. If your parcel requires a pickup code, this will also be available under the tracking information for your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Within the United States, Estripe.com charges tax on orders shipping to a number of states where Estripe is required to collect tax. Remember, even if Estripe does not collect state sales tax, you are required to pay it when you file your state taxes.

When ordering from Estripe.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country/region.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country/region. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country/region. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Estripe has no control over these charges, nor can Estripe predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Delays caused by customs are not included in the shipping time frame.

The shipping methods available vary from one destination to another, so we invite you to check our Shipping & Pickup page to view the shipping methods available for each destination. You will also see what shipping methods are available for you under the “Get Shipping Quote” link on our website.

We can ship to a different address only if it is approved by your credit card company.

Products that are in stock are generally shipped within 1–5 business days, while backordered items can take much longer. To that time, you need to add the package transit time with the carrier or warehouse, which is indicated when you select the shipping method.

For example, if you order a product that is in stock and choose to have it shipped via UPS® Air Freight Premium Direct (5–7 business days), your order will generally take 6–9 business days to arrive to your door or warehouse for pickup.

Backordered items are available to purchase now and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the item at the Estripe warehouse. On the product information page, you will find the current ETA. This is the estimated date that our suppliers have given us for stock to arrive to our Estripe warehouse. Your order will be shipped out on the day that the stock arrives at Estripe, with the rare exception that it arrives too late in the day, in which case it will be sent the following day. You will be partially or fully charged when you place your order. We will send email updates to you to confirm estimated arrival dates. You can cancel or amend your backorder anytime before the order has been dispatched to you.

You can monitor your order status in your user account. Once the order has been shipped a link will be available for you to track it on the carrier’s website.

We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when we ship your order.

Once your parcel is delivered to the pickup location you’ll receive an e-mail notification with your pickup instructions. Depending on the pickup location you may need a pickup code, identification and/or a signature to retrieve your parcel. If your parcel requires a pickup code, this will also be available in the tracking information for your order.

You will receive an email with your unique pickup code soon after completing your order. When picking up, you or your proxy will need to provide:

  • The pickup code
  • Identification and/or a signature

You may appoint a proxy at checkout; it’s easy! Your proxy can pick up the order by presenting the pickup code or order number and his/her own government-issued photo ID.

We will hold your order up to five business days. Abandoned orders will be canceled automatically.
