Performance
- NVIDIA Ampere Streaming Multiprocessors: The building blocks for the world’s fastest, most efficient GPUs, the all-new Ampere SM brings 2X the FP32 throughput and improved power efficiency.
- 2nd Generation RT Cores: Experience 2X the throughput of 1st gen RT Cores, plus concurrent RT and shading for a whole new level of ray tracing performance.
- 3rd Generation Tensor Cores: Get up to 2X the throughput with structural sparsity and advanced AI algorithms such as DLSS. These cores deliver a massive boost in game performance and all-new AI capabilities.
- OC Edition: Boost clock 1785 MHz (OC mode)/ 1755 MHz (Gaming mode)
- The unique shroud design features striking gold and silver faceplates with ARGB accents.
- Axial-tech fan design features a smaller fan hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure.
- Enduring capacitors last up to 2.5X longer than standard.
- Auto-Extreme Technology uses automation to enhance reliability.
A Touch of Flair
ASUS KO GeForce RTX™ 30 Series GPUs host the new NVIDIA Ampere architecture with some extra shine on performance and durability. Twin fans leverage our Axial-tech design for efficient cooling at low dB levels. Enhancements such as space-grade lubricant, Auto-Extreme Technology, and enduring capacitors keep KO composed for the most demanding scenarios. And a unique shroud takes on gold and silver faceplates with fully-customizable ARGB accents.
0dB Technology
To eliminate unnecessary noise, a stop mode halts all fans when the GPU temp falls below 50 degrees and power consumption is low.
2.7-slot Design
The KO leverages a 2.7-slot design to gain more heatsink surface area. The extra thermal headroom increases overclocking potential and allows fans to run at lower speeds during light loads.
Dual BIOS
Do you prioritize low core temps or low noise levels? Performance mode lets the fans spin up to keep the card cool all the time. Quiet mode keeps the same power target and top-end settings, but offers a less aggressive fan curve for quieter operation at medium temps. For even more customization and control, check out our GPU Tweak II software.
Unique Design
Gold and silver faceplates laced with customizable ARGB lighting give the KO a unique aesthetic fashioned for gamers who prefer to unabashedly showcase their rig on the desktop.

A beast of a graphics card. It wel take whatever you throw at it!
It’s a hot boy. Even with really good fans and airflow, I’ve been able to top this card at 84 degrees in a few games.
-Runs like a 3060 ti should
-No game has been an issue with this
5 stars!! The best value for performance. I was lucky to grab one.
Building a gaming pc, its been working great so far. No complaints.
Amazing gpu if you can get youre hands on one .., worth the upgrade
This card is a beast, and I am doing it a disservice by using it on 1080p monitors
Would have preferred a cheaper version or a more modest 3070 for the same price. That said – the overclock I’m running at 1080p makes me think this might be the “new” 970 for the price. I expect at least 3-5 years at 1080p before the itch to keep 100+ FPS at more than mostly medium settings needs to be satisfied with an upgrade.
For a single player game this is perfect IMO. On 1440 I imagine RT will have to be tuned down. Like I said this was hard to get. Well worth the wait. Don’t lose heart. Look on Reddit for the pages to follow. Have not tested it with multiplayer yet.
Great Card: quiet, nice looking, it is a really powerful card!
Easily overclocked to 2100 MHz with zero issues without much effort. At 1080p most games I’ve tried get 100 min FPS with many up to 165 depending on settings – though mostly maxed out.
Rgb is kind of hard to control and mystic light does not recognize it
