The product itself is 5 star, no question! Every part was carefully researched, selected, and assembled to provide optimal performance. It runs wonderfully and I have had no issues with the build quality or attention to detail (Windows 10 installed, some general guide lines for mining, etc) no bloatware (lean and mean!). It was packaged as if it were a piece of art – that is CAREFULLY with chunks of foam in between all the spaces to prevent anything moving during transport. I have seen people moved to hospitals with less care. The video cards were screwed down to the frame AND wire tied, just in case. Basically, anything that could potentially be shocked out of its place was reinforced. The seller was a DREAM, very communicative, insightful, and kind. If I buy more rigs, they will be from this store! 10 out of 10!

I really want to emphasize how great this seller is. I was getting deployed for a month to help with the COVID relief effort in California. I ordered this device 8 days before leaving and they went above and beyond in every way to get me the rig before I had to ship out. Everything was very carefully boxed and packed. As I was setting it up, there was a small BIOS adjustment that had to be made; but support was top notch. I emailed the seller at about 0630 and actually had a response with instructions within 30min of the email. The rig is high quality and well fitted; given the current shortage of GPUs, PSUs and mobos, this was a fantastic rig with high quality parts. In fact, I even got upgraded with a 1300PSU instead of a standard 1000 because they had it on hand. I would DEFINITELY buy from again.
